about
01 / Context & Challenge
In the cannabis retail market, consumers lack a centralized, reliable source of information regarding strains, terpenes, and proper consumption methods—and traditional printed brochures are universally ignored. To support the launch of five new products, Stash needed to move beyond passive packaging and create a dynamic, engaging educational platform that bridges the physical product with a digital community hub.
02 / The Solution
A WebAR experience was engineered to trigger instantly by scanning a QR code on the packaging. The interface architecture centers around an interactive 3D box selector that seamlessly expands into a personalized dashboard. From this hub, users can explore strain genetics and terpene profiles, navigate an integrated store map with direct routing, and access practical consumption guides covering dosing, equipment care, and safety guidelines. To boost retention, a fully functional 3D AR ping-pong table was integrated directly into the physical environment.
03 / Process & Impact
Sixdan Studio spearheaded the complete product lifecycle, steering the art direction and lead design. The scope of work included scripting the onboarding experience, designing the custom spatial audio, modeling 3D assets, and animating key UI transitions in Figma. Managing the development team throughout production ensured that the lightweight WebAR engine delivers smooth performance on mobile devices, successfully transforming Stash's packaging into an innovative utility and branding tool.
